The one idea everything rests on
Every consent event is appended to a per-organization, HMAC-linked evidence chain — nothing is ever edited; a withdrawal is a new entry. Each event returns a signed receipt_id. The receipt's public page at /verify/ re-checks the signature and the chain on every visit. That is the product: not a banner, but the burden of proof, discharged.
